TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- PRICING INFORMATION AND TICKET PURCHASES
All ticket prices for events and other products displayed on the website are in euros and include VAT.
Additionally, a 3% fee is included in the total price to cover Carnivaland’s administrative costs.
Tickets may be subject to a maximum limit per person, per credit card, and, for some events, per family. If purchases exceed this limit, Carnivaland reserves the right to cancel the tickets purchased that exceed this number without prior notice. - TERMS OF USE
Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the Event Promoter. All details are available at the venue’s box office or on the Promoter’s website.
The user is responsible for safeguarding and not displaying the QR code and ticket locator until entering the venue to prevent duplication or fraudulent use. - RETURN POLICY
As a ticket sales agent, Carnivaland acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the Event Promoter-Organizer. According to current legislation, the event organizer is responsible in case of event cancellation.
The organizer, as the sole responsible party for the cancellation, assumes the obligation to publicly announce the situation, the method of ticket refunds, and the established deadlines, which Carnivaland rigorously complies with.
Carnivaland will also update its website with these changes to ensure that users and buyers are properly informed.
The Carnivaland administrative fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for previously purchased tickets are not allowed. Inability to attend an event or an error during purchase will not be valid reasons for a refund. Tickets can only be canceled and refunded if Carnivaland receives express instructions from the Promoter to do so, usually in cases such as cancellations or date changes. - DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once payment is confirmed, delivery will be immediate, via email to the user, providing the corresponding ticket in PDF format with a unique locator and QR code.
For any questions regarding your event tickets, please contact us at (+34) 639151838 or via email at contact@carnivaland.net. - PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Online card payments are secure and processed through SERMEPA (REDSYS), which securely identifies customers purchasing online. This system complies with the secure e-commerce standards adopted by the international card brands Visa and MasterCard to ensure the cardholder’s identity.
Purchases made through the SERMEPA (REDSYS) online payment service, with cards issued by any other national or international financial institution where the cardholder’s identity authentication is performed, will be managed by this system.
If you choose the PayPal option, you can pay securely (protected by SSL protocol), easily, and quickly, with a simple registration. Your bank or credit card details are stored only on PayPal. You won’t have to enter your credit card details for every purchase. Your order will be registered once you confirm the payment on the PayPal website. Payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
Paying through PayPal incurs a cost of €0.35 fixed + 4.4% of the total order, which the buyer assumes. This fee is the commission that PayPal charges for using its services. This amount will be reflected before placing the order during the purchase process. - CUSTOMER SERVICE: COMPLAINTS, INQUIRIES, AND SUGGESTIONS
Carnivaland, as the website operator, offers a customer service department available from Monday to Saturday to attend to all inquiries, complaints, and suggestions regarding the website’s operation.
The contact options available to users are:
- Email: contact@carnivaland.net
- WhatsApp Phone: (+34) 639151838
We will respond to complaints or inquiries received as soon as possible, but no later than one (1) week from the date the user submitted the complaint or inquiry.
All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising from any transaction with Carnivaland will be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
Any clause that is null or contrary to the Law shall be considered not included, while the remaining clauses shall remain in effect and fully enforceable for the parties.
